Guiding Good & Healthy Choices with our Kids

(Social Media included)

Wednesday, October 10th 2018

6:30 pm Windsor Hall

Join us as the Roanoke Prevention Council shares evidence based parenting practices geared toward parents of 4th through 8th grade children. This presentation includes discussion on the unique risks social media and cell phones have on our children. The workshop will focus on how to set healthy ground rules around technology and emerging trends in social media. Young people grades 4th through 8th are encouraged to participate in this event as a large portion of the event has been designed with them in mind.

Light Refreshments will be served and Childcare will be provided for those too young to participate.

Thank you to all the campers who attended Magic & Art Camp this summer!

We wish you all a blessed new school year.

"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid;

do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God

will be with you wherever you go."
